GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions apply to Birthstones Giveaway organised by Sister Jane UK Limited and Orelia London LTD running from February 12th to February 18th ("The Competition").
Sister Jane UK Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 7529595 and registered office at 36 Golborne Road, London W10 5PR. 
Orelia London LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 05414088 and registered office at Palmeira Avenue Mansions, 19 Church Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 2FA.
By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

The entries are open to residents of the countries listed on-site where sisterjane.com ships. The Competition is only open to those who are aged 18 years or over. Sister Jane or Orelia may ask you, at any stage, to provide the proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. Anyone professionally associated with the Competition is ineligible to enter. 

THE COMPETITION ENTRIES

All entries must be submitted on Sister Jane x Orelia collaboration post on Instagram. Entries must be made between February 12th - February 18th 2026 to be valid. Entries after the closing date will not be considered. There is no cost to enter the Competition, and no purchase is required. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entrants must have their own active and public personal Instagram. To enter the Competition entrants must:

THE WINNER

Winner will be selected at random by Sister Jane and Orelia and the winner will be contacted via direct messages on Instagram. If Sister Jane or Orelia have not received response from the winner within 24 hours, the prize will be passed to another successful applicant. Sister Jane and Orelia reserves the right to publish the name and/or country of residence of the winner on any of Sister Jane social media channels and/or website. In addition, and in relation to the prize, the winner might need to submit additional information in order to redeem the prize. Sister Jane and Orelia reserves the right to disqualify the winner if the winner do not provide the necessary additional information.

THE PRIZE

The Competition prize is £150 gift card valid on sisterjane.com and £150 gift card valid on orelia.co.uk. Prize is non-transferable, non-returnable and no cash or other alternative to the prizes are available in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sister Jane and Orelia reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Should any duty be due at receipt, it will be the responsibility of the winner to pay these according to the instructions provided by the courier to customs authorities. Failing to pay the relevant duties, If due, may result in the prize being not delivered, destroyed or sent back by customs authorities and Sister Jane nor Orelia shall be liable for any costs or loss incurred as a result.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Sister Jane and Orelia will only use the personal details supplied for the running of the Competition and for no other purpose unless we have your explicit consent. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. Sister Jane and Orelia may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. The decision of Sister Jane and Orelia shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
