We currently offer the following options here at Sister Jane...

Free UK Next Business Day Delivery

- Fully trackable service by DPD
- Orders to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are sent on standard delivery (3-4 business days)
- Orders placed after 3pm UK time will be despatched the next business day
- £4.99 for orders below £25
- As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email which includes your tracking information
- We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays
- If your order is placed during a week end or UK public holiday, it will be processed the next working day
- A signature is required on delivery
- Subject to service availability, the carrier may give you the option to leave your parcel in a safe place. Please be advised that we require all shipments to be signed for and, should you decide to have the parcel left in a safe place, you will do so at your own risk and we decline any responsibility for loss or damage to your goods
- We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched

International Delivery

We ship worldwide to most countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your destination, please feel free to contact customer services at hello@sisterjane.comand we will find advise to possible shipping solutions.

  • Premium Mail Delivery (prices vary by country; the final cost will appear at checkout once you have selected the delivery address)

- 5-10 working days on average to most countries
- This is a tracked postal solution
- This economy solution is ideal for small non-urgent orders
- You will receive a confirmation email when the package lands in the destination country with a link to track your package on its journey to your door

  • Express Courier (prices vary by country; the final cost will appear at checkout once you have selected the delivery address)

- 1-3 working days on average to most countries
- This is a fully trackable courier service
- You will receive up to date tracking on your order and its journey to you
- A signature is required for this delivery option
- If you are not in when the courier first attempts to deliver they will generally leave a card or notify you by email. The order will go back to their local depot and they will attempt to deliver again on the following working day. Please follow the instructions left by the courier to arrange re-delivery. Please note this information is indicative only and subject to change depending on the country of delivery.

International Information

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Sister Jane, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sister Jane. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will not be returned, and you will not be refunded.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in GBP and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of the exchange rate please use an online currency converter and / or check with your bank.

Policy and terms

By placing an order at Sister Jane, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Sister Jane. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
