Our online store is operating and we’re still shipping internationally. We are working hard to ensure we are giving you the best possible service. Our warehouse is working on reduced capacity and we are currently shipping parcels on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.DELIVERY
Our couriers are working hard to ensure that we can get our parcels to you. Please note that as some countries have restricted flights, there can be delays in deliveries to some destinations. Due to flight and service cancellation on short notice, it is possible that your order may be rerouted and incur a delay. Please bear with us if your parcel is a little late and if the delivery service you have selected becomes unavailable. If the delivery option for your country is no longer available or has changed after you placed your order, we will contact you as soon as practical to make alternative arrangements. Rest assured we are doing all we can to get your order to you as fast as possible!
We understand that it may take longer than usual to return an item in the current circumstances. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel if you want to return any item in your order. If you then need a little more time to arrange to ship the parcel back, that's not a problem. Just let us know and we will try to help as much as we can.
